Appt for tire rotation and oil change and almost 4 hours. Wait… no room to sit in the new waiting room. I had to sit over in the dealership. when I walked back to inquire about about status, coincidentally t Wait… no room to sit in the new waiting room. I had to sit over in the dealership. when I walked back to inquire about about status, coincidentally the paperwork was just being done. then when I was told my car is parked out front, it was parked over in the dealership with plastic still over seat and paper on floor and number tag laying over on the passenger floor… And there has never been an issue paying with my husbands credit card. Ever… in all the years we have been coming there for service. I would think with all the technology, there would be a way you could tag/mark/highlight loyal customers… More
