Specially requested synthetic oil. Was assured by advisor it would be used. Invoice shows conventional was used. Was assured by advisor it would be used. Invoice shows conventional was used. More
The total amount charged was more than the amount quoted to me. Also, I was told my brake pads were at 2 mm and should be replaced soon. My son is a certified inspector in Virginia. He checked them and said to me. Also, I was told my brake pads were at 2 mm and should be replaced soon. My son is a certified inspector in Virginia. He checked them and said they were 4 mm. We took in our Jeep Grand Cherokee a couple of weeks ago to get reevaluated for a part that had been fixed at the dealership. The issue continue to persist and it took two weeks for a Diagnostics with very little communication. The issue is still occurring and we had to put a down payment on a part that seems to be a secondary issue and we still have yet to be called in to service the vehicle. They're also does not seem to be enough loaner vehicles for when Diagnostics takes longer than 2 weeks and so we have had to rent a vehicle out of pocket which is also not ideal considering we also have to pay for the services. It feels like our vehicle is in service limbo. It is extremely frustrating considering this is our main vehicle of transportation for our kids. More

Had the oil changed and state inspection. They didn’t fasten the skid plate on properly so on my drive home it started scraping the ground, got home and had to zip tie it back up. I went in They didn’t fasten the skid plate on properly so on my drive home it started scraping the ground, got home and had to zip tie it back up. I went in for my inspection with no issues, and about an hour after leaving the dealership, my car started to decelerate and wouldn’t accelerate. I called the dealership who blamed it on my battery. Took it to my mechanic who is still trying to figure out what is pulling the battery and draining it bc it’s not the battery—checked and even changed the battery, but something is causing it to drain. Of course, no way to prove it was something they did at the dealership, but too much of a coincidence for me…. More
