I had an appointment and it took 2 hours before my vehicle was brought into the bay. 2 hours after my appointment time. When I asked the service agent the status she said they were just finishing up. vehicle was brought into the bay. 2 hours after my appointment time. When I asked her why she said that she told me that the inspection was backed up. She never said that to me and when I told her that she said that she told me that when I checked in.
