Catalytic converter recall appt. Cancelled by service writer for loaner car because I had my dog. Very disturbing due to the fact I was never told in advance I could not have my s Cancelled by service writer for loaner car because I had my dog. Very disturbing due to the fact I was never told in advance I could not have my small little dog in her car seat in their loaner car. Trying to find the time to sit there for hours due to this inconvenience. My dog is my Family Member and it is an insult she is not allowed in your loaner car especially due to this faulty recall.
