They were originally blaming the warranty for not paying enough, saying it only paid for two hours… In reality they paid for over 4 hours, including a two hour diagnostic fee. For a problem that had already enough, saying it only paid for two hours… In reality they paid for over 4 hours, including a two hour diagnostic fee. For a problem that had already been diagnosed, pointed to the exact broken bolt (passenger side, front) a common problem. Ontop of receiving this diagnostic fee, they tried requesting more hours to diagnose an airleak (again pointed out passenger side rear, coming from the airhose) overall would not recommend, priority ended up repairing my air suspension, going through warranty and waving my deductible due to this dealership seemingly unethical practice, I paid 900 out of pocket, when i was quoted 1148 if i didnt go through warranty, make that make sense. More
