Terrible customer service from Nicole Banderas. Came in to have an oil change and tire rotation ,which is in the Car care maintenance plan purchased at time car was bought. I live in North Caroli Came in to have an oil change and tire rotation ,which is in the Car care maintenance plan purchased at time car was bought. I live in North Carolina and I work in Virginia. I came to your store for this maintenance first thing she does is ask did the light come or have I checked the lifetime of my oil when I stated no, but it states to have this done at 7500 miles she went to check it, and ingorms me that technically its every 10,000 miles according to manufacturers warranty ,telling me I can go another 2500 miles.2 weeks later I come back and I get the same noncourteous service again from her and I let her know I live in Carolina and I do need my oil change, she then informs me that I can see if the Jeep dealer in Carolina will fulfill the care one plan I purchased. So not only will I see if they will fulfill the car care plan so that I can have maintenance done elsewhere but I can also assure you that when I am ready to trade this one in in a couple of years and get another new car,if I decide to go with Jeep it would definitely not be at Hall jeep just due to the service dept. We have had a small problem with this new vehicle and had to seek service at another dealer due to the fact this service dept couldn't get us in for 2 weeks, but we were understanding with this and we had purchased the extended warranty so no big issue to go elsewhere but I thought with the maintenance package I would use Hall since that's where I purchased the Jeep Cherokee. But thanks to the poor service attitude from Nicole I will definitely find another dealer where I will be valued. Also there were recommendations the service person said needed addressed and on the paperwork she without asking put denied, and again I was never asked. More
scheduled service (oil change) and new tires. came in and they asked if had i checked to see if the tires were in stock. i assumed that by scheduling the service that the service tech would hav came in and they asked if had i checked to see if the tires were in stock. i assumed that by scheduling the service that the service tech would have already done that. luckily the tires were in stock. now, 2 1/2 hours later the vehicle is still not ready and that it would be “another hour” because there were other people ahead of me. hmmm. maybe an 11 am appt is not the best time? staff at lunch and i lose an hour right off the bat? did the fact that they were not expecting the tire work (not my fault) that the maintenance tech’s planned schedule got pushed? proactive customer service is not my service techs strong point. no appt available for the next three weeks. this place is always hard to book service with. never an available appointment within three weeks it seems. staffing problems? More
