BERNA IS A ROCKSTAR I have never had great experiences with dealerships. However, Berna has been amazing! Working with her has been so much easier than dealing with my ow I have never had great experiences with dealerships. However, Berna has been amazing! Working with her has been so much easier than dealing with my own insurance company. She kept me updated and worked with me to get my car completed as soon as possible when the insurance company was being ridiculous. Everything from the tow company refusing to take my car across the street to the body shop to my adjuster not responding, she made me feel like I was still in great hands and took care of everything. I won’t take my car anywhere else for my service needs now. Berna is the absolute best! More
