I had an engine light on, the code I read with my scanner was P018c, which is fuel rail pressure sensor, I told Nancy what the code was and asked if that was covered by the Powertrain Warranty and she respon was P018c, which is fuel rail pressure sensor, I told Nancy what the code was and asked if that was covered by the Powertrain Warranty and she responded we would have to check it out, I responded if its not covered then I will fix it myself and she said we will have to check it out. The simple answer to the question was yes or no was the P018c code I provided covered by the warranty. The long and short of it is I paid you guys $139,.00 to tell me its not covered, totally unacceptable. More

Came in for a routine state inspection. Everything checked out well. There was some recommended maintenance that the service associate recommended but the maintenance had already been performed at thi checked out well. Love the new dealership building, but lacks customer service experience. Two people were at their desks when i pulled in. No one greeted me. One avoided eye contact and got up and left her desk, othe service experience. Two people were at their desks when i pulled in. No one greeted me. One avoided eye contact and got up and left her desk, other gentleman literally sat there and finished his paperwork before even looking up to say hello to me. Checked my car in but was limited on conversation and Jeep Wrangler knowledge. Was directed to go inside to lounge to wait. I asked for prices of items that were displayed in service area and told to go to parts desk since he didn’t know. When i walked in and passed another employee at the cashiers desk, i smiled at the young lady sitting there and she ignored me after we made eye contact and continued to eat her lunch. I went straight to parts desk and asked for prices and that gentleman said he could only look things up if i had a parts number! I asked if there was a price list for wrangler parts and he said there should be a catalog but he thinks they were out of stock in the lobby. I asked him to check in back for one and he said no he couldn’t leave the desk…… so the building is great but the staff need better training or at least the ability to say hello to people…. More
