James was fast , and handled my issue perfectly! Actually is was a week faster than we expected! I still have one more recall that he’s working on getting finished , and I have no doubt it will be done and is was a week faster than we expected! Between Kevin and James , This service center has an Excellent Service crew !! I have owned 2 used car lots in the area, been in the auto field for over 10 years , and was also a Chrysler Service Writer .. so i can appreciate and recognize a good team ! Megan Taylor in the service department kept me updated thru the entire process via text and phone. Even though I have an older model Jeep with over 42,500 miles the service department made me feel like th thru the entire process via text and phone. Even though I have an older model Jeep with over 42,500 miles the service department made me feel like the owner of a brand new car. They went out of their way to ensure all repairs were made in a timely manner. I highly recommend them! More
