My first time getting service at Hall. Service was good and everyone was friendly. Nancy helped me with claim on Goodyear tires. I was pleased to day with my service, however my appointment was at 9:30 and i was there until 2:30, my service was for 4 new tires and a oil change. Little slow!m More

Making the appt was quick and easy by doing it online. My service rep made sure to let me know what was needed and recommended for my 16000 mile service. Personnel are fine. The past three visits, someone left trash in vehicles. Vehicle failed VA Inspection for one burnt out #194 bulb. Service department wanted $32.80 to replace it. I did it for less than $ trash in vehicles. Vehicle failed VA Inspection for one burnt out #194 bulb. Service department wanted $32.80 to replace it. I did it for less than $2.50. It took all of 30 seconds for me to replace the bulb. A burnt out license plate bulb is no great safety concern. It would have been better customer relations simply to advise the customer to get it fixed (a police officer would do no different). A lot of time and expense wasted for both parties. Doesn't make a customer want to return again for service or sales for sure. More

Hall (Chesapeake) is the best Jeep dealership service department I've worked with. From adding a lift and tires to a steering repair, James Kanaday and the rest of the team have been great to deal with. department I've worked with. I bought my Gladiator out of state and was worried about finding a solid, honest service department, but Hall in Chesapeake is it. I'd recommend them to any Jeep owner in Hampton Roads. More
The fishing hook that is in place when you drive in the service Dept is just a very deceptive device to hook a women, uneducated and elderly people. I see the sales tactics have moved in at the service Dept as well. The vehicle I drive goes straight down the Road and the tires are not being worn unevenly in any way shape or form. I turned my steering wheel when I came in to the garage door so how can you tell me that my front in alignment is out on my steering wasn’t even a straight when I came in. I will not be back to spend even my companies money to get an oil change at this establishment any longer. Furthermore I was interested in purchasing a truck and now I will go somewhere else. More
