The dealership was nice, clean, and the mechanics were helpful. I however exclude the service front desk employee named Nicole. Nicole was unnecessarily rude and condescending on multiple interactions ove helpful. I however exclude the service front desk employee named Nicole. Nicole was unnecessarily rude and condescending on multiple interactions over the course of multiple days. When I initial brought my vehicle in to be check Nicole insisted “there is no way that is the issue”. Nicole proceeded to be condescending while booking my service appointment and was even more rude when I returned to pick up my vehicle. I would recommend this dealership however wear your tough skin if you happen to find yourself in front of Nicole. If possible I would give Nicole zero stars. More

Went in for an appointment for an oil change. Somehow they broke the plastic under my drivers seat. Tried to pass it off as if it never happened. When I showed them they 'fixed it' twice but didn't do anything. Showed up next day demanding to have it fixed but was told they needed to talk to boss instead of fixing it. Boss approved it. When they fixed it everything was fine but the whole experience was bad. Will never go back. More

My appointment was at 7:30am. I dropped it off the night before. At 4pm, I had called multiple times and no one answered. Then I went up there. Nothing had been done to my car all I dropped it off the night before. At 4pm, I had called multiple times and no one answered. Then I went up there. Nothing had been done to my car all day. It was suppose to get a diagnosis for a noise in the engine. I hadn’t heard anything and they said that they had only assigned a service provider and it was going to take a few days up to a week to get the diagnosis done. I then asked what was the point of the appointment and they said to get a service done, but my car had not even been looked at and it was there all day. They then said we don’t even know your warranty so you need to go to the dealership I got it from. Then when I went there, they said that I didn’t need to do that and they called them. I then went back to the dealership and they were no help at all and essentially said that there was nothing they can do and they’ll call me at some point when they have a diagnosis on the car. A diagnosis takes 2 hours max, my appointment was at 7:30am and nothing got done by 5pm. It was unprofessional and the way the 2 ladies were talking and laughing was ridiculously unprofessional. I took my car and brought it to another dealership and they had everything figured out and diagnosed in 2 hours. Warranty company called and everything, I will never be returning and the employees seem very incompetent about what their job is and was very unhelpful. More
The worst! I had to go there to find anything out. All the employees we interacted with acted like it was a burden to deal with us. Oh!! And the car that I bought with 4K miles, they returned it to me with 100,002!!! They put almost 30 miles on it test driving it and returned it to me 2 miles over 100k. Very annoying. I’d been waiting on that moment and they robbed me of it. More
