When I picked up the car, didnt watch the vid text until hours later. I am certainly not going to back to you for that minor job so soon: I will do it or have someone else do it(maybe another Jeep dealership , ergo, you have just left money on the table. I KNOW in these trying times (post pandemic ) for the car sales industry and dealerships, you dont want to do that. Solution: Put any suggested work somewhere on the receipt AND make sure that the service rep knows about it , calls the customer to inform them such when telling them the car is ready AND/OR when I arrive, go over the item with me so I can decide to do it then or make an appointment for later. My service rep was very efficient , but apparently, didn’t know I needed the filter. Also, I had the HUNT that large parking lot with my fob alarm to find my Jeep. NOT GOOD . That really pissed me off and wasted my time. Bring my car to me, just I have to drive it into your service area to the rep. More

Was told no parts available to order for my recall, which has been outstanding since October 2022. Called mopar and confirmed parts absolutely available to order to fix recall. Three Recurring Check Engine Lights Over the past few weeks, my vehicle has experienced a check engine light illuminating on three separate occasions. Despite bringing my car to the dealership for repairs each time, the issue has persisted. With every visit, I have encountered lengthy wait times for diagnostics, inconsistent explanations, and a lack of urgency. Unresponsive and Unprofessional Staff The service staff has been unresponsive to my concerns. Phone calls and emails often go unanswered, and when I do reach someone, they are dismissive and unhelpful. I have been given conflicting information about the cause of the problem and the estimated repair time, leaving me feeling confused and frustrated. Lack of Communication and Transparency The dealership has failed to provide clear communication about the status of my vehicle. I have had to repeatedly call for updates, only to be met with vague responses or no information at all. This lack of transparency has caused me unnecessary anxiety and inconvenience. Unacceptable Wait Times Despite the urgency of the issue, I have been forced to endure excessive wait times for both diagnostics and repairs. On one occasion, I waited over three hours for my car to be looked at, only to be told that the part needed was not in stock. This has significantly disrupted my schedule and caused me unnecessary stress. Conclusion The poor customer service I have experienced at Southern Jeep has been unacceptable. The recurring check engine light issue has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration, and the dealership's lack of responsiveness, communication, and professionalism has only exacerbated the situation. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this dealership to anyone seeking reliable and compassionate vehicle service. More
