Appointment time isn’t actually an appointment time. Didn’t even look at my car on the day of the appointment. My issue would be that the prices are a little steep. With most newer gas/ev vehicles having to have their vehicles repaired at dealerships anyway. However, service repairs in general, are still great! More

We needed to get 4 new tires installed and balanced, an oil change and an alignment due to uneven wear. We were quoted a time of 2-2.5 hours and arrived 5 minutes early for our appointment. We checked in, handed everything over for service and decided to utilize the courtesy shuttle to get lunch while we waited. The shuttle driver was amazing-very personable and professional and ensured we had contact info so we would have a way to get back. We enjoyed lunch and contacted Nicole via text message as we were directed to do approximately 1 hour after our appointment start time. We received no response. We waited for over 30 minutes before we contacted the shuttle driver who had dropped us off. She responded immediately and told us she was on the way. Within minutes of that communication, Nicole said she was “sending” the driver…who knows how long it would have been if we hadn’t called her ourselves. By the time we returned to the dealership, it had been approximately 2 hours since our appointment start. We found chairs in the waiting room and enjoyed some of the water in the lobby. Approximately 30 min later, I received an automated text letting me know that our multi-point inspection had found two items that needed to be addressed. Seeing as we were coming up on time we would need to depart to relieve our childcare, we declined the services for today and I asked for an update via text on when our car would be ready. It was approximately 2.5 hours after our appt at this time. We received no response for 15 min at which point I decided to follow up in person with Nicole. When I spoke to her, asking for an update, she gave no estimate, nor made any effort to contact the service team. She only told us that we would be contacted by text when it was ready. However, when I mentioned that I had not been receiving responses to my texts, at least not in a timely manner, Nicole gave me excuses about being on the phone with another client when I tried reaching out for the shuttle pickup (over 30 minutes seems like a long phone call, but I have no reason to doubt her word), and that she had been away from her desk when I texted for an update (I know this one was at least partially untrue because I saw her at her desk when I first walked in and she only walked away as I was approaching her station). I returned to the lobby where my husband was waiting and after an additional 30 minutes (3 hours after appt time) he went and asked for an update, explaining our childcare deadline, and he was told it would only be 30 min more. At least that estimate was finally accurate-4 hours after we arrived for our appt, we finally had our vehicle back and ready to depart. We departed as quickly as possible, but were still a full 40 minutes late in relieving our childcare, thereby incurring overtime costs. We are satisfied with the service we received and definitely pleased with the shuttle service, especially the driver, and the lobby amenities. However, Nicole’s customer service was completely subpar and the extended time for service beyond what we were quoted without updates was unacceptable. Had we had a more realistic expectation for the timing (which should have been communicated by Nicole), we would have made arrangements that wouldn’t have caused conflicts for our childcare. More
