Got a state inspection and the results warranted a few repairs. The estimates that were provided for the repairs were ridiculous. The service desk personnel are always very helpful and professional, but their hands are somewhat tied without available labor, vehicles, or p parts. That day turned into 3 days. Because one of their technicians took the key home? I asked him if he could call the technician, he said he did not have his number. No one tried to help me. Completely unacceptable and inexcusable. I’d talk to one person on the phone, show up and no one knows who I’m talking about even though it’s only been minutes since I was called. Separate issue, I bought a vehicle. Waited very long to get my car back from detail, only to be handed the key to my new car I just bought with the tire pressure light on. They have kids running this place and it shows.messy. Wouldn’t buy from them again. The young lady Anna in finance is pleasant, but the bar is low. Hated my experience. More
