Dealership sold me a Ram with safety recall outstanding. Did nothing to avoid a 2 week wait. Service Center did the computer update in less than an hour. Could have been easily worked in. Dealership has not completed title work after 50 days. I could not transfer my handicap license to Ram and had to turn them in to DMV. Now I will have to apply for handicap plates on another visit to DMV. Salesman did a great job setting me up in truck. Dealership has fallen miserably in customer support. So bad that I removed the dealership decal from my truck. I will warn others of my problems with dealership. More
