Told job (rear main seal leak) would take 6 hrs. It took 6 days! I get it, things come up, unforeseen issues, illness, etc. but this was significantly longer. Service rep was nothing but nice, but It took 6 days! I get it, things come up, unforeseen issues, illness, etc. but this was significantly longer. Service rep was nothing but nice, but set expectations that were repeatedly not met. Said she'd call 1st thing in a.m. , by 4 p.m. still nothing. Said, she'd call back in an hour, 4 hrs later... Nothing. That happened several times. I understand things happen but... this lack of communication could be improved upon. It shows a lack of integrity and that reflects on an already unexpected repair time. It did not give us high confidence in the service dept, including the work completed. My husband does most work on our Jeeps so we are skeptical to begin with and this did not improve that feeling. More
