The culture of this organization is very simply lie cheat and steal . Integrity accountability honesty are not words these folks believe in. This advisor "Bethany " will tell you need to pay them to fix things on your car there is nothing wrong with. After picking our car up from a normal oil change service the car broke down within one mile and after we had the car towed back she informs us that the drive belt came off and is leaking fluid and emails an estimate of $1340.00 to replace the drive belt , drive belt tensioner and also need to replace the thermostat and housing . Finding this highly doubtful we have the car towed to a local reputable repair shop and to no surprise they found none of these items were bad and need replacing . what ever they did they fixed and covered up and decided that we should pay them $1340.00 dollars for there trouble . Doing this to customers only makes me wonder how bad they are stealing from the manufacturer . So bring your car to these people knowing you can not trust them and get what you get or find somewhere other than this company for your vehicle . More
This is the second time we have had service at this dealership. The first time we made an appointment only to find out once we got there that the service was not available on a Saturday and we ended up dealership. The first time we made an appointment only to find out once we got there that the service was not available on a Saturday and we ended up having to leave the vehicle for three days. Luckily, we had our other car with us in town because we live over an hour away. This visit was not much better. Went up to have an issue looked at and was told no rentals were available that we would have to come back the next day. The dealership is not close to our home so we had to burn unnecessary gas to come back. I don’t understand how there were no rentals available when the workers can pick a car from the lot and drive it for a daily commute. When you spend as much money as we have on an expensive vehicle, the least they could have done was given us a used car to drive home and bring back the next day. The girls in the service department were very friendly and helpful but this is the second time we have had service And we’re not that pleased with how things were handled. My recommendation is to make rentals more available, especially for customers who have to drive quite a distance to get there for service. The general manager drives a 2024 $72,000 Jeep off the lot as a daily commuter , but we could not use a used car to get us home for the evening. We were not happy to say the least. More

The customer service portion of my experience was fine. The services rendered on my vehicle were subpar. I had my brake rotors and pads replaced along with a couple of recalls that needed to be addressed The services rendered on my vehicle were subpar. I had my brake rotors and pads replaced along with a couple of recalls that needed to be addressed. I’m assuming the recalls were fixed but there’s no way for me to actually check. The brake service cost around $1,100.00 which to me seemed reasonable since dealerships usually cost significantly more than a standard service shop. Everything seemed to be working well when I left the dealership until I heard a squeal when approaching a red light. After doing a little research on the parts used to complete my brake job, I found that Mopar uses a company named Bproauto to supply them with certain “OE” parts. The brake pads do not contain any ceramic material so basically they’re cheap semi-metallic pads. I’m assuming the mechanic forgot to apply anti-squeal to the back of the pads before installing since I noticed the squeal immediately upon leaving the dealership. I’ll be servicing my own brakes from now on. More
