Maintenance supervisors there are terrible. They don’t know anything about the actual work being done. I hate having work done on my truck there. I have had issues every time. Been going here for years when it was Hall. Made online appointment for express oil change. Waited 3 hours to be serviced. Service manager asked 3 times if I bought vehicle from Southern. If Made online appointment for express oil change. Waited 3 hours to be serviced. Service manager asked 3 times if I bought vehicle from Southern. If that is a requirement for express service I should have been informed. Will not be coming back here. Southern has done great in Greenbrier with our VW but plan to take Ram to Hall in VA Beach next time. I see now the have express under an hour and less money. Will be worth driving extra miles for better service. More
They might later get 5 stars , if my continuing glitches with the entertainment center problems are fixed. Already, 2 days after I got my JGC back from the dealer, and after their 2nd update, the entertain with the entertainment center problems are fixed. Already, 2 days after I got my JGC back from the dealer, and after their 2nd update, the entertainment center had turned itself completely off overnight, so i had to press the button to turn it back on after first day’s startup. Luckily my presets are still there for now, but we shall see. I have seen many Jeep GC owners complaining about the then new model(2022) of a myriad of entertainment center problems, but I didnt start having any problems until earlier this year, now it beginning to be non-stop and increasing. I love JGC, its my 4th, but if these PITA problems continue to occur or extend to the radio/XM/Apple Play and/or those source imputs die, i might be finished with Jeep. Now some Positive notes, my service advisor, Ty Brown, was courteous, listened to my complaints without interruption, empathetic and knowledgeable. The service acceptance bay area(my term) was clean and tidy. I was asked AHEAD OF TIME, if they could keep it longer than originally planned(much appreciated), and subsequently was retuned on to me on time. More
