Horrible customer service won’t buy a vehicle or use their service department again. I have a 2023 4xe that’s been in the shop for over two this time not counting the multiple times before but won’t eve their service department again. I have a 2023 4xe that’s been in the shop for over two this time not counting the multiple times before but won’t even give us a loaner have no vehicle to drive have to borrow cars to work it’s really sad that I paid 60900 for a vehicle and only 11000 miles on it and can’t even get a loaner never happened before every company honors there products not this one More

This is the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life who has a vehicle with only 11000 miles on it and it’s been in the shop more than my driveway and can’t even give me a loaner it’s been two week life who has a vehicle with only 11000 miles on it and it’s been in the shop more than my driveway and can’t even give me a loaner it’s been two weeks today and say they don’t have one I wouldn’t recommend anyone here!
