Indeed, the CDJR Chesapeake service was far from exceptional and actually required my check up on work completed prior to me leaving the dealership due to my lack of trust. And yes, I turned in my exceptional and actually required my check up on work completed prior to me leaving the dealership due to my lack of trust. And yes, I turned in my vehicle immediately for deficiencies correction because work was simply not done (e.g.: the coolant check). I highly recommend Southern CDJR Chesapeake personnel become familiar with MOPAR website requirements of the "Express Lane" service rather than staying on their own program. More
Issue not resolved. Still waiting to know if the part was ordered. Then spoke with the service manager directly and they stated it would 5-7 business days and that was over three weeks ago. We still have not heard from the service department with an update or way forward again after multiple calls and voicemails this week 13DEC24. More

Nicole and the team were absolutely amazing to me. My issue is with the policy and principle of my case. My warranty covered the part, which is fantastic, but the part was on back order for 3-4 weeks. My issue is with the policy and principle of my case. My warranty covered the part, which is fantastic, but the part was on back order for 3-4 weeks. Why am I responsible to pay for a rental car, out of pocket, for something that isn’t my fault? I understand paying for a certain period (length of repair) but to have to pay for a back order? I highly disagree with that and think it’s ridiculous and rough on anybody’s pocket. Again, the employee and stores were amazing to me, it’s just the principle of what I said above. More
