I purchased a car back in November. Upon picking it up, there were *numerous* issues wrong with it that were not disclosed prior to purchasing. I brought the car into service to get said issues fixed, and they had it in the shop for a little under 4 weeks. Upon getting the call that the car was ready, after picking it up, several issues mentioned were not fixed. It has been impossible to get ahold of someone, and I know someone who works for Southern. They haven't been returning his calls/texts, either. I'm now stuck with a vehicle with several issues that I'll have to pay out of pocket for. It's ridiculous. More

After my experience I will never take any car to a dealership for any work. The service member ADAM never returned any calls. He quoted me a price and it ended up being another higher price. Another service member had to tell me my car was ready. When I arrived to pick up my car and ADAM said who are you and do you need something. He was hostle to my wife. When I was telling him about our phone conversation he claimed to have our whole conversation on the computer, but could not find sections of the conversation in which he claimed to have told me about other charges. He could not prove anything.His attitude and how he treated my wife and I are unacceptable. I will no longer bring any car to Southern Chevrolet ever again!!!! More
