They told me to drive through service center. When I got there and stood in line for about 30 minutes I was then told to drive the vehicle to the outside building for oil change. Pulled up and the service personnel took care of my State Inspection right away. Then found out a recall is needed to perform on my Vette so a ticket was written and fix the matter.Just outstanding by the se Inspection right away. The actual service technicians are great, but the communication, timeliness, and friendliness of the service advisors is absolutely abysmal. My car was there for over 2 weeks for a starter replacemen communication, timeliness, and friendliness of the service advisors is absolutely abysmal. My car was there for over 2 weeks for a starter replacement and state inspection. It sat there for 13 days before they even began the work. There were never any updates given unless I specifically would reach out. And even then they would never call answer or call back. I hate to reach out through the automated text system. More
