I absolutely don't agree with the last review!! My profession is sales, so I am extra critical when it comes to customer service. I don't normally post comments, but I felt Mary's comments were unfair and not a good representation of the normal experience! We are also a military family, and they have made me feel like we have lived in the community for years by treating us like family. I can't say enough great things about Hutchens Chevrolet! Mary, I hope you visit the showroom and speak with management. I can't imagine they would have been dismissive about any concerns brought to their attention. More
