For the second time, the service department did not have the parts needed for my recall in stock, requiring me to schedule another appointment. Since the recall requires identical parts for every car like m the parts needed for my recall in stock, requiring me to schedule another appointment. Since the recall requires identical parts for every car like mine repaired it’s amazing the service team was not prepared for my visit. Especially since it took weeks to get an appointment and should have given them ample time to have everything ordered, More

Waited a month for an appointment. Brought my Kia Rio in for a recall on a defective fuse that could potentially start a fire. Unorganized, run down, dirty, extreme lack of communication. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a car dealership.
