I was told by service advisor the t battery needed replacement. I had the battery tested independently next day (24 hours later) and it along with starter and alternator tested strong and did not nee replacement. My biggest complaint is the phone system used there. Multiple times I left messages after not being able to speak with a service advisor on the phone and ended up having to leave work to get an update Multiple times I left messages after not being able to speak with a service advisor on the phone and ended up having to leave work to get an update only to find out the parts came in damaged and my truck was not done. The days of being able to call and actually talk to someone in the service department are long gone. More
