Unorganized, run down, dirty, extreme lack of communication. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a car dealership. Always seems disorganized. Commonly overhear people complaining about the job or mumbling frustration with a customer. The young man who helped me was great but another guy in there was just complaining. Service check-in area looks dumpy and it’s small. The visit before this one I was overcharged on a service. Was told I’d get a refund. Emailed that advisor at least 3 times and never got a response. I am used to the service department at Checkered Flag Toyota, which I would rate a 10, and Kendrick Chevrolet which I would rate a 8. This place needs a lot of work. I have spoken to at least two other people who have had bad experiences here. I want to be clear that the Service Advisors who are actually checking me in have always been friendly and professional. But the others and mechanics don’t know how to keep their negative comments out of customer earshot. They don’t seem happy to work there. Root cause in my opinion could be leadership and setting expectations, and creating a positive work atmosphere. More
