Took a month and a half to replace the motor, while making me rent a vehicle at my expense. My service advisor Antwan Pairat, did amazing job making sure I got taken care of after I misunderstand with my appointment. I went in only asking for express services covered under the warranty (oil change and tire rotation), they looked up my warranty and said we were good to go. After they finish the service they tell me my ti the warranty (oil change and tire rotation), they looked up my warranty and said we were good to go. After they finish the service they tell me my tire rotation warranty had expired and I had to pay full price for the service. I refused then they tried telling me I had to pay half price. I also refused because they should have seen the warranty expired when it was pulled up before the service was done to double check and prevent this exact thing from happening. I refused to pay for any service and picked my car up. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a very poor experience with them. More
