Southern Buick GMC Greenbrier - Service Center

I took my car for an oil change, a simple routine appointment. Needless to say someone failed to put the plastic covering underneath my brand new car back on correctly resulting in it breaking in hal appointment. Needless to say someone failed to put the plastic covering underneath my brand new car back on correctly resulting in it breaking in half and dragging underneath my car on my hour drive home. Also— they left spilled oil all over underneath my hood. Literally made no effort to clean up after themselves. Called to complain and still waiting on a call back from the Service Manager. More
