My appointment was at 10:30am for an oil change. It got completed at 3pm. Horrible service. Would not tell me my car was not completed until I showed up. First of all, I had an appointment scheduled for May 25 weeks in advance. I received a text message stating that my appointment was changed to May 27 because Monday was a holiday before I scheduled my appo weeks in advance. I received a text message stating that my appointment was changed to May 27 because Monday was a holiday before I scheduled my appointment for the 25th. I asked if they were open on that day, and I was told yes, that was more convenient for me because I was off of work that day so I was inconvenienced by having to have my appointment rescheduled till the 27th. I needed my charging pad looked at and I was told nothing was wrong with it. However, it charged my phone 1% within 10 minutes. A technician was there to witness that next I get a notification on the Kia app at 10:45 PM that my vehicle was left unlocked. I had to go into the app and unlock my vehicle myself. Lastly, I get a notification that my vehicle's battery percentage decreased and I don't understand why I purchased the vehicle in November 2025. It had about 13 miles on it and I never received a notification that my vehicle battery was low until I left my vehicle in the hands of (Southern Kia Greenbrier) I still have not got my charging pad fixed and was told that I'll have to schedule another appointment to have that taken care of or looked at again. Very disappointing experience. The dealership's AI appointment system incorrectly scheduled my service, resulting in me driving over an hour and arriving for an appointment that d The dealership's AI appointment system incorrectly scheduled my service, resulting in me driving over an hour and arriving for an appointment that did not include the work I actually needed. The Service Manager, Josh Standard, was rude, unhelpful, and seemed completely unconcerned about resolving the problem. Rather than taking ownership of the situation, I was treated as though it was my issue to solve. Poor customer service and a frustrating waste of time. I would not recommend the service department based on this experience. More
