I was a drive in for service on a Saturday, and was traveling thru from out of town. I had an older GMC Savana van. I must give a huge THANK YOU, to Megan, and the mechanic, who went out of their way traveling thru from out of town. I had an older GMC Savana van. I must give a huge THANK YOU, to Megan, and the mechanic, who went out of their way to procure the needed part, and repair my van on same day, Saturday. This allowed me to continue confidently on my way, without interruptions, meeting planned commitments. Was not make aware that my inspection appointment was cancelled due to not having a technician on site. Service front desk stated “they didn’t have my phone number on file” even though I get text appoint cancelled due to not having a technician on site. Brought my car in for 2 recalls. My car had no issues. Left out of the lot with my car trembling when I go past 40mph and check engine light on. When I went right back to the service My car had no issues. Left out of the lot with my car trembling when I go past 40mph and check engine light on. When I went right back to the service dealership they advised me that it’s my spark plugs. I was charged $351. 10. I am extremely disappointed. I believe the mistake or mishap was on their side. But they advised me that it was just a coincidence but spark plugs go out at any time. I would love to talk to a manager or corporate about this issue. More

My husband waited 5-10 minutes before anyone acknowledged he was there to drop the car off for an oil change. The environment was not friendly at all. The inspecter take to long to do a simple inspection which should take no more than 30 to 45 minute not 3hr to just wait for return in completion that is stealing from the company .
