This isn't my 1st review and I was hoping I could give a better second one but I can't because they lied to me. I was told they would pay me back for the key I needed for my Outback if I paid over $250.00 better second one but I can't because they lied to me. I was told they would pay me back for the key I needed for my Outback if I paid over $250.00 which I did and they ower me $154.00 that I am never going to get! I would not recommend this dealership ever! More
I went in for an oil change, waited over an hour and a half for a scheduled appointment. I did not ask for my tire pressure sensors to be messed with (one is out) but it was and now all of them don’t work half for a scheduled appointment. I conveyed my frustration and was told by the manager, who was very condescending, that the tech was just doing his job by helping try to fix the one not working and that I can just pay to have that one fixed and then they will all be fixed. I never asked for them to do anything with them, and as the owner they should have asked me. I went in with one down and left with them all not working. my husband called shortly after I left to talk to the manager to better understand why they were all not working and she didn’t have the courtesy to return the call. Extremely disappointed. Megan was the only helpful person there and was so so nice and amazing More
I love the fact that I can go in anytime and get my oil changed. I am in and out in a matter of minutes and I don’t have to make an appointment. CUSTOMERS BEWARE! The service at this Dealership is HORRIBLE! I took my 2019 GMC truck there on October 21st because I was having transmission concerns. The service re The service at this Dealership is HORRIBLE! I took my 2019 GMC truck there on October 21st because I was having transmission concerns. The service representative kept stringing me along saying that my car is still waiting to be diagnosed because they had a few technicians leave. Long story short…it has taken the Dealership 5 WEEKS just to diagnose my truck. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!. I had to go to the Dealership yesterday to talk the service rep because they DON’T answer the phone or call you back. The rep told me that GMC doesn't have any transmissions and they don’t know when one would be available. It may be 4 to 8 weeks before one comes in. Now I have to pay $4000 for them to order a transmission that may not be here for two months. In the meantime, I will have made three truck payments and not had any use of my vehicle. If this had been diagnosed in the first week, mind you I had an appointment, not a walk-in, then I would be looking at getting my truck in the next week or two instead of January 2025 . A 4 1/2-year-old transmission should not give out in the first place! I have been a longtime customer and GMC owner. The treatment that I have received at this dealership is appalling. More
