My first service appointment left a little to be desired. First the service people were sitting behind a desk that was behind a glass. It being my first time I was not sure what the protocol was. When my service was complete they tried to tell me that my service contract had been cancelled on my new car that I had just purchased in March that only had just over 5000 miles. I was a little annoyed the I had to take up more of my time to get that cleared up. How would a service for free oil change and State inspections that is extended to every Buick sold be canceled. MAKE THAT MAKE SINCE. After I took up my time going to talk with the finance person. I received a phone call from someone trying to offer me warranty options. Now I am completely annoyed. I explain again and was told that it was fixed. I pray that my next visit will be better. More

Terrible communication, no follow-up or updates given about my vehicle. Not able to reach service advisor even if was using smoke signals. Then when I went to pick up my car after they called and said it about my vehicle. Not able to reach service advisor even if was using smoke signals.
