My first service appointment left a little to be desired. First the service people were sitting behind a desk that was behind a glass. It being my first time I was not sure what the protocol was. When my service was complete they tried to tell me that my service contract had been cancelled on my new car that I had just purchased in March that only had just over 5000 miles. I was a little annoyed the I had to take up more of my time to get that cleared up. How would a service for free oil change and State inspections that is extended to every Buick sold be canceled. MAKE THAT MAKE SINCE. After I took up my time going to talk with the finance person. I received a phone call from someone trying to offer me warranty options. Now I am completely annoyed. I explain again and was told that it was fixed. I pray that my next visit will be better. More

Terrible communication, no follow-up or updates given about my vehicle. Not able to reach service advisor even if was using smoke signals. Then when I went to pick up my car after they called and said it about my vehicle. Not able to reach service advisor even if was using smoke signals. Then when I went to pick up my car after they called and said it was ready the couldn't find the paperwork, keys or my car. And best of all nothing that was supposed to be done was actually done. Except for one of the problems. I will never be going back More
