Customer service not to my satisfaction I purchased a used vehicle through the Navy Federal Tent Sale "as is" but they (4 sales reps present) boasted a 99 point inspection after I expressed I purchased a used vehicle through the Navy Federal Tent Sale "as is" but they (4 sales reps present) boasted a 99 point inspection after I expressed that I should bring a mechanic to look. Four days after purchase ( there was a 3 day return policy), the engine lightvand fuel code appeared, and I a week after, I discovered what jeep owners call the death wobble, and finally there was no cabin air filter in the vehicle. So what are the 99 points they check? My salesman rep worked to help me remedy the engine light/gas tank issue but when I later tried to inquire about the safety I was referred to the liquidation manager Mr. Diversa. His calls were screened and I was told "as is means as is".After two calls and a week later, I got no call back. I expected this from a shoddy small dealership, but not one who participates with NAVY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION and sells to service men and women. I just wanted them to ensure that the car was safe to drive. With a huge service team at their disposal, why is it so hard to keep a customer safe? More
