They sell you all these bumper to bumper repairs and replacement warranties and then claim you don't have them and try to charge you. Messed up computer system between the departments? Maybe. I had a 9:30 appointment for an oil change. After an hour my car had not been moved. I went to inquire about the status and was told my vehicle was next in line. I went again to ask what was happening and was finally told they were short staffed and I could leave and come back later if I needed to. I had been waiting for 2 hours at this time. I explained that I had another appointment that I could not be late for and needed to leave by 12:45 at the very latest. My car was started at 12:15 and returned to me with the oil changed but unwashed and not vacuumed as I had been told it would be with each service. VERY DISAPPOINTED with the lack of customer service I received for my VERY FIRST appointment with this dealership. More

I had an appointment for a Friday morning, I dropped my vehicle off Thursday evening. Needless to say I didn’t get my car back till the following Wednesday, I was having a state inspection and oil sensor s vehicle off Thursday evening. Needless to say I didn’t get my car back till the following Wednesday, I was having a state inspection and oil sensor switch replaced. My bill was crazy expensive and customer service is horrible. Won’t go there again ! More
