Most lacking service department I have ever dealt with. No up front communication with customers. Make someone sit in the waiting area for hrs before being told the part isn't there and will need to be or No up front communication with customers. Make an apt, explain the issue, parts aren't out on order, service doesn't check with parts or vis versa, the appointment setter isn't communicating. Exacerbating!! More
