I set up an oil change, tire rotation, filter change and check a tire that stayed 5psi low. Appointment was booked for first thing. Everything was done except the one tire had a nail and needed plugged. I check a tire that stayed 5psi low. Appointment was booked for first thing. Everything was done except the one tire had a nail and needed plugged. It took the rest of the day to plug the tire. I needed to get to an event by 5pm but they didn’t finish in time. Plugs take maybe 5 minutes. Even on a busy day this should not have taken all day. The advisor thought it would be done sooner so I came in but it wasn’t done. More
