I scheduled my inspection appointment 3 months in advance and was still there for FOUR hours. I showed up at 8:30am and an hour and a half later they came to me and told me I needed new tires, and that it'd and was still there for FOUR hours. I showed up at 8:30am and an hour and a half later they came to me and told me I needed new tires, and that it'd be another hour and a half. Two and half hours later I finally got to leave after $1200 in repairs on my 2021 vehicle that partially seemed unnecessary and a gas tank that was left on E after their "test drive". It was the most frustrating experience I've had in a very long time, I likely will not purchase a vehicle from them in the future if this is how their "free services" are treated. More
