Used the quick lube service. Took an hour and a half. Probably would have gotten my car back sooner if the person who parked it when it was done had given the keys to the service Took an hour and a half. Probably would have gotten my car back sooner if the person who parked it when it was done had given the keys to the service advisor inside instead of putting them down on an unoccupied desk out in the vehicle entrance. When I went to see how much longer it was going to take the lady inside found them out there. No telling how long they had been sitting there. Overall service was good. More

Took too long to complete service. I Had an appointment and dropped off night before. It took 2 days to even look at it after calling numerous times. Didn’t reset oil change reading and I feel that they really didn’t work on car until I came up there and waited. Not sure what was going on but was not pleased with the service that we received this time. More
