After my 120,000$ suv broke down, the dealer refused to give me a rental, we were traveling with a family of 5 to OBX in NC. Had to go to an airport to get a rental there. Had to call multiple times just give me a rental, we were traveling with a family of 5 to OBX in NC. Had to go to an airport to get a rental there. Had to call multiple times just to get an update on the status of my vehicle. Service manager promised to mail some personal belongings to my house as I am out of state 300 miles away and the vehicle wasn’t getting fixed for few more weeks, and he blatantly lied to me- I never received anything. They finally delivered the vehicle to my house after 7 weeks being at their shop, the 120,000$ vehicle was filthy and stunk inside of it. More
