I went in only asking for express services covered under the warranty (oil change and tire rotation), they looked up my warranty and said we were good to go. After they finish the service they tell me my ti the warranty (oil change and tire rotation), they looked up my warranty and said we were good to go. After they finish the service they tell me my tire rotation warranty had expired and I had to pay full price for the service. I refused then they tried telling me I had to pay half price. I also refused because they should have seen the warranty expired when it was pulled up before the service was done to double check and prevent this exact thing from happening. This service department did a fantastic job on my 22' Sportage. They were slammed busy but still kept me posted throughout the day. They did my Oil change and state inspection and then, without my even a Sportage. They were slammed busy but still kept me posted throughout the day. Appointments are extremely backed up and I often have to wait 3-4 weeks before I can get my car repaired. Also, I can tell customer service wants to help but they have difficulty communicating between dep wait 3-4 weeks before I can get my car repaired. Lastly, their recent price estimate for me failed to include labor, so there was an additional $300 to the repair that I was unaware of until payment. I can tell they try to meet the customer’s needs, but it seems there are problems stemming from the management level to ensure customer service is empowered to meet the customer’s requirements efficiently and fully. More
