Service staff are non-communicative to the point of needing to travel to the dealership in person to get an update on your vehicle. I tried to call multiple times on multiple days and sat on hold becau needing to travel to the dealership in person to get an update on your vehicle. My vehicle is only four months old and was taken in for an electrical issue. I will not buy another GMC in the future and will not come back to this dealer for service. More
