It’s very far away and incredibly inconvenient for us. We have to use this dealership because the Southern Kia dealership in Virginia Beach has no EV technicians and we literally can’t get the car we boug We have to use this dealership because the Southern Kia dealership in Virginia Beach has no EV technicians and we literally can’t get the car we bought at that dealership serviced by that dealership. Very unprofessional, poor communication and had to come out of pocket to pay for a way home once I was notified my car had to stay over night. Had to constantly keep coming to the dealership for the same i out of pocket to pay for a way home once I was notified my car had to stay over night. Had to constantly keep coming to the dealership for the same issue. Did not feel helped to the best advantage. Not the greatest experience I’ve received.
