Well, truck was there for 5 months waiting on new engine due to recall on 6.2 L V8 problems. Two came in wrong so that was disappointing. Felt like 5 months was definitely too long and to receive 2 wrong en due to recall on 6.2 L V8 problems. Two came in wrong so that was disappointing. Kept me informed even when the news wasn't good. So overall took, too long, but people were nice to deal with. Service a 3, people a 5. Hope this helps. More

Brought in for oil change and diagnose my lane departure warning system. Unfortunately lane departure warning system was not on the ticket and caused me to have to wait all day for vehicle.
