After my 120,000$ suv broke down, the dealer refused to give me a rental, we were traveling with a family of 5 to OBX in NC. Had to go to an airport to get a rental there. They finally delivered the vehicle to my house after 7 weeks being at their shop, the 120,000$ vehicle was filthy and stunk inside of it. More

They sell you all these bumper to bumper repairs and replacement warranties and then claim you don't have them and try to charge you. Messed up computer system between the departments? Maybe.
