Showed up for an apt i made two weeks ago. It was not in the system for some reason. There was only one service man because someone had called out so was asked to reschedule. Few hours later got a video of my car and they said it was done. Picked up my car and there were two employees arguing in the office. Took my car home noticed I have a fresh chip off of my paint next to my door handle so will need to have that fixed. Edit: found my car leaking oil in my driveway after getting it home. About a two foot puddle. Called them they told me to bring it in and said it was a gasket problem and fixed it. Asked them about the paint chip and they said that I can buy a paint pen to fix it myself... More

I had my car dropped off back on July 15th, I called weekly to get updates and could never get ahold of Rebecca or anyone at the dealership.
