However, after the purchase, everything changed. When I followed up on a promise made before the sale, the salesperson called me a liar, and the manager was abrasive and dismissive. I recently received a service notification for my vehicle, but when I brought it in, the dealership had no record of it. The salesperson claimed it was a system error that needed to be erased from the vehicle—but the mechanic admitted he didn’t know how to do that. Yet again, I was promised something that couldn’t be delivered. I'm not looking forward to relying on this dealership for future service under warranty. I deeply regret purchasing with them and can only hope that my warranty will actually be honored. 🫰 --- More

Service department had my 2024 Yukon XL for an oil change at 37,500mi, called me for an additional $1500 in unnecessary items like the air and cabin filters stating they needed to be changed.
