Well, truck was there for 5 months waiting on new engine due to recall on 6.2 L V8 problems. Two came in wrong so that was disappointing. Felt like 5 months was definitely too long and to receive 2 wrong en due to recall on 6.2 L V8 problems. Two came in wrong so that was disappointing. Felt like 5 months was definitely too long and to receive 2 wrong engines. The people I delt with at Southern, Becky Miele and Kim, the lady at service check in were great to deal with. Kept me informed even when the news wasn't good. So overall took, too long, but people were nice to deal with. Service a 3, people a 5. Hope this helps. More
