I took my car in for an oil change and state inspection, few hours after I got my car back I was stranded at the grocery store because it would not start. Then was told you can't even look at what is wrong few hours after I got my car back I was stranded at the grocery store because it would not start. I waited weeks for an appt- but they didn’t even look at my car that day. I had to call them for an update. I was very unhappy. What’s the point of having an appointment if you’re too busy to even look at m my car that day. I had to call them for an update. I was very unhappy. What’s the point of having an appointment if you’re too busy to even look at my car? It seemed like some people were showing up without an appt and getting to be seen. Once they diagnosed the issue with my car, everything ran smoothly. My service advisor was kind but she seemed very overworked. Everyone there seemed like they were handling too much and that’s a management problem. More
