I scheduled an appointment to fix a recall. I checked in, was told it would be a 2 hr wait. I agreed to have my tires rotated. This dealership had not started working on my vehicle, four hours after the time of my appointment. I asked for updates and was met with inaccurate ones being told my car would be the next up, however an four hours after the time of my appointment.
