We had our car worked on in service. Took 2 weeks for them to diagnose the issue. It took another 2 weeks to get the repairs. We could never reach anyone, no one would call us back. Had an appointment arrived and after an hour was told they didn't have the parts, for my recall fix. Was told they'd call me the following week when they came in. I've been a customer for over 20 years at this service center with only a few problems here and there including this last visit. I made an appointment 2 weeks out and when I got there they couldn't fine m center with only a few problems here and there including this last visit. My husband and I got there and the dealership took my car in immediately. We only needed an inspection and oil change. We were there for maybe an hour, possibly an hour and a half. Decent service here. I like the upgrades with the video from the tech and the digital way to approve service. Communication was inconsistent. Got lots of messages and emails right after drop off with video and suggested work. But no updates once I declined the added $1000 of suggested work. Had to call to see if my car was ready. Dropped off the day before around 4pm for an 8am oil change the next day. Had to call 2pm to see if the work was done. Not a fan of the shop material added cost for a free oil change. Seems shady since I bought this vehicle in 2016 and had agreed to previous terms. More

Come in for known recalls per vin number. I stayed 2 hours for them to tell me I would have to come back they had to order the parts.
