Never answer the phone, aside from that, good service. I had been called and told I needed new breaks and that they could order them and it would be ready by the time I got there. I agreed to service. The lady had an attitude when I came to pick up, acting lik they could order them and it would be ready by the time I got there. I agreed to service. The lady had an attitude when I came to pick up, acting like it was my fault that the car was not ready, because the delivery of the parts was late arriving. I had not problem waiting, and went to sit in my car to wait for a phone call. When she called she then tried to charge for the lifetime oil change and inspection. At this point I was starting to get upset, as I had never had to pay for either of these before. She informed me that because I bought from Perry that it was not being done anymore and that I should have gotten a letter informing me. I told her that I had only been notified when they had bought Perry and informed me that they would be including me in their lifetime free state inspections and oil changes. She seemed even more irritated and said that she would take the charges off this time, but it would never happen again. I proceeded back into the building, paid the service fee for the breaks and was then asked to wait outside for them to pull my vehicle around and park it for me to be able to pick it up later, as I did not have a second driver with me at that time. They then tried to deliver wrong vehicle/keys, and acted like it wasn't a big deal. Had I not been waiting outside where they were going to park my car(what I was told to do) I never would have known the car/keys were wrong.
