Scheduled appt for 11:40 on Friday for a check engine light. Rode in with tow truck around 10:45. Vehicle was taken in and I waited until after 2pm. I had to go check on my cars status after texting the light. Rode in with tow truck around 10:45. Vehicle was taken in and I waited until after 2pm. I had to go check on my cars status after texting the service tech and got no response. I was charged for a diagnostic code that showed my gas cap was open. After paying and driving away, my check engine light came back on only 45 minutes later. Called the service department and left a message no one returned my call More

Overall, Dekwan the person who assisted me was very responsive and got the car serviced in a few days. Phone messages were not returned by anyone.
