Took 2 weeks to get an appointment. I was told the part had to be ordered and would take 4 days to come in. 2 weeks later I had to call to see if the part was in. And your southern hospitality is always short. Never have the loaner cars you said was in the package. Ive gotten turned down for a simple oil change because you were too busy. Your service department would be the reason I dont buy from you guys again. The service department needs a remodel more than the building did More

I didn't understand anything the mechanic said in the video submitted except that a "gasket" is needed, there maybe a "leak" & my rear wiper is "falling apart". I felt like this was a rouse. I was only going in for a recall fuse. I made the appointment 4 weeks in advance. I drove 90 mins for the appointment. Within 15 mins, I was told tha I was only going in for a recall fuse. I made the appointment 4 weeks in advance. I drove 90 mins for the appointment. Within 15 mins, I was told that the fuse had to be ordered, however my car needed a coolant flushing and rear brakes and that is $994 and we can take care of that now. :/ More

I think there should of been more communication on their part it was there under insurance claim because my car was stolen took over a month to repair, even jiffylube vacuume it, shouldn't of chose the dealership to fix it.
