Waiting area was very cramped and dirty. Only one employee was checking in cars and only one receptionist was checking people in. They also did not find my warranty right away and I had to prove to them my BRAND NEW (bought in July- it’s October) KIA’s warranty. I will be going to First Team instead, where I bought the vehicle- even though it is further away. More

I recently scheduled an oil change appointment at this service center, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by significant delays. Despite having a scheduled appointment time, I was forced to wait service center, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by significant delays. Despite having a scheduled appointment time, I was forced to wait for 2 hours before the service was completed. While the service center did provide a progress tracker, it was inaccurate for the entirety of the wait, only reflecting the "vehicle checked in" stage correctly. This lack of accuracy made it difficult to plan my day effectively. I'm concerned that an oil change would require such an extensive amount of time. As a customer, I expect my appointment time to be respected, and the service to be completed in a timely manner. Unfortunately, this experience fell short of my expectations. Also the price for a synthetic oil change came out to $109.46 part of that being charged $15.29 for 'shop supplies'. More
