THE SERVICE ADVISOR WAS GREAT. HOWEVER, THIS WAS THE SECOND TIME TO FIX A TIRE LEAK ISSUE THAT WAS JUST A VALVE STEM. THIS WAS THE SECOND SERVICE ON MY NEW TRUCK AND BOTH TIMES WHEN HOWEVER, THIS WAS THE SECOND TIME TO FIX A TIRE LEAK ISSUE THAT WAS JUST A VALVE STEM. THIS WAS THE SECOND SERVICE ON MY NEW TRUCK AND BOTH TIMES WHEN I PICKED IT UP THERE WERE GREASE HAND PRINTS ALL OVER MY DOOR PANEL AND ON MY HOOD. ALSO NEEDED A SIMPLE COMPUTER UPDATE THAT TAKES MINUTES TO DO AND THEY SAID I WOULD HAVE TO MAKE ANOTHER APPT. FOR THAT. AS A TRUCK REPAIR AND TOWING OWNER OF 4 COMPANIES IN THE TIDEWATER AREA NONE OF THESE ISSUES SHOULD BE HAPPENING. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT BOTH TIMES BUT THE TECHNICIANS DO NOT HAVE CONSIDERATION FOR THERE CLEANLINESS WHILE WORKING ON VEHICLES. BOTH MY NEW 2500 DENALI P/U AND MY WIFES NEW YUKON WERE OVER 100K EACH AND SHOULD NOT HAVE CAME BACK TO US WITH HAND PRINTS ON THE INTERIOR AND THE HOODS. More
The actual service was good however the technician was supposed to check my rear shocks and he didn't . I drive home bouncing around because the back shocks needed to be replaced as well. My service advisor wasn't the best with keeping an update for informing me online about the progress of the work being done on my vehicle. Honestly for $3000.00 and some change the service should have been better. I will say once I returned with my SUV Mr. Carlos helped me. He checked and my shocks were in fact bad. He was the kindest guy. He definitely needs to be applauded. He took it for a test drive and explained everything to me. That's about all I have to say for now. More
So far Kim has been working hard to provide the best service for chronic issues with my 2022 GMC Denali Sierra. This will be the second engine replacement for this truck. Service was very quick and staff was friendly and accommodating. Normally, I avoid service at dealership because of past experiences of pushing for additional service but this has not been an issue h accommodating.
