For the second time, the service department did not have the parts needed for my recall in stock, requiring me to schedule another appointment. Since the recall requires identical parts for every car like m the parts needed for my recall in stock, requiring me to schedule another appointment. Waited a month for an appointment. Brought my Kia Rio in for a recall on a defective fuse that could potentially start a fire.
