I recently bought a Buick Enclave from Southern Buick GMC, and I have to say, it was a pretty great experience overall. From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly and welcoming, which put me at GMC, and I have to say, it was a pretty great experience overall. From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly and welcoming, which put me at ease right away. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and guided me through the different options without any pressure. The Enclave itself is amazing. It’s spacious, comfortable, and has all the features I wanted, like a nice infotainment system and plenty of safety options. The test drive was smooth, and I really enjoyed how it handled on the road. The financing process was straightforward, too. They explained everything clearly, and I felt like I was getting a fair deal. I appreciated that they worked with me to find the best payment plan that fit my budget. Overall, I’m really happy with my purchase and would recommend Southern Buick GMC if you’re in the market for a new vehicle. They made the whole process easy, and I love my Enclave. More

Workmanship is average to poor at best. Every time I have brought my vehicle in for work they broken something on the vehicle and needed to replace it in addition to the original work, exte Every time I have brought my vehicle in for work they broken something on the vehicle and needed to replace it in addition to the original work, extending the duration of my vehicle in the shop. Communication is nearly non-existent unless I reach out for up dates. Originally quoted a day or two in the shop, after a couple days with no updates I had to reach out myself to find out they had to do a different repair that would take a few extra days. That is fine but then two days after the next quoted delivery date, still no updates just to call and find out they broke a window and need to wait for the window guy to show up to fix it. Again this is what it is mistakes happen but communication and managing expectations is not really there. Advisors need to be more proactive with updates when things happen and with estimated completion dates for work. More
