Brought my 2025 Kia Telluride in to have window trim replaced, 8000 mile maintenance, & oil change. When the car was ready, I didn't see any mention of the 8000 mile maintenance being performed. When I asked, the girl behind the desk said I must have not requested it. I told her I did request it. Then she said the 8000 mile maintenance was the oil change. I said, no it’s not, and showed her the Kia app on my phone & what was required in order to maintain my warranty. Then she said that I should have specifically requested the tire rotation & the replacement of the fuel additives. Why would I have to specifically request those items when that is what is required for the 8000 mile maintenance? Shouldn’t the Kia dealership know what the 8000 mile maintenance is? If I had not checked my app & asked about it, it would not have been done, & my warranty would be voided. When I spoke to a service man about it, he was sympathetic & said they should have checked what was required for the maintenance but said they don’t always do that & it would be helpful if I specifically request exactly what needs to be done. I’m sorry, but this is the most ridiculous thing I have heard! More

I had one contact that the truck was ready. They left me sitting in lounge and nobody came to get me nobody texted me and they didn't use Southern GMC phone number.
