Kwon, the representative at the repair shop desk was excellent at his job. He kept me updated as to how the diagnostic and then the repair stage were going. I have always been satisfied with my service at this dealership.Last time I was a little disappointed only because I received an email stating I needed major service. My car only received the regular oil change, 27 point inspection etc. My car has 114,000 miles. I was told by a person my car should have had 100,000 mile service. More
I want to clarify that we used the service center of Souther Kia Greenbrier. I will put 0 starts if that was an option. Our first visit was in January for a faulty transmission. We had to go to the dealer to get an update. They told us we can take our SUV and they will call us when the part arrives. Three months of constant calls and messages and nothing. I had to go again in person to get a status, so they can tell me the part was never ordered. They ordered the part and gave me an appointment for May 14th. When we arrived on May 14th to drop the vehicle off, the staff stated that the vehicle have to be there for 48 hours. They kept the vehicle for 3 weeks, with again Zero communication or follow up. AGAIN we had to go in person to get an update. We understand that during this period the Service Center underwent a high turnover, but coming from the customer service industry, this was an awful experience. More
My routine oil change was not completed correctly. Oil leaked from my car and I was stranded. It took 12 hours to get towed from Southern contracted towing company (thankfully I didn’t need to wait Oil leaked from my car and I was stranded. The manager sent someone out twice to remove the stain which resulted a mere lightening of the stain. No further action has been taken. I strongly feel that there should be someone who checks behind even routine service. This should never have happened. I also need the oil stain removed from my driveway. I would like to add that I was given a rental car and that Antwan was very professional and helpful throughout this process. More
