I had already had issues with both locations in Hampton roads. Parts not being ordered when they said they would be. Misinformation about appointments. Yesterday I came in for an oil change that the manager had said he scheduled for me and was told they didn’t have me listed for an appointment. Then I was told it was time for a tire rotation. I asked the cost and after they gave it to me I said that was fine and to go ahead. When I went to go pick up my car they said I was good to go. I said no, I need to pay for my tire rotation. They informed me they didn’t do one because my service manager hadn’t listed it on the services I wanted. So now I’ll have to take time out of my schedule AGAIN to come back. I love my car but Southern Kia really needs new management or better training of their service centers. More

I had the number for the Greenbriar dealership and made an appointment for a state inspection. Not realizing that they made the appointment at Lynnhaven I showed up at Greenbriar but they fit me in and I an appointment for a state inspection. I had an appointment for 8:30 AM on Saturday for 32,000 mile service. The car was dropped off Friday afternoon. By noon on Saturday, I still had not received any updates on my vehicle, so I attempted to ca mile service. The car was dropped off Friday afternoon. By noon on Saturday, I still had not received any updates on my vehicle, so I attempted to call. I was directed to a call center that was not at the same location as the service department. For six hours, they could not reach the service department, and no one responded to the messages sent over - I called every hour. At 5 PM, I was guaranteed by the manager of the call center that he would personally make sure I received a call back before the service department closed that evening. I did not receive a call. At 9:45 Monday morning, I was called by the service advisor to notify me they were getting ready to begin my service. Then, no additional communication for another 6 hours. It was almost 4 PM when I received a text message stating that my vehicle was ready, but I had to be there by 5:30 PM if I wanted the vehicle that day (they are open until 7). I responded that I was heading out to pick up my daughter from camp (with a ride I had to arrange last minute) and lived an hour away when there wasn’t traffic - there was no way I would make it by that time with rush hour. I finally got my vehicle back Tuesday morning. I wasn’t even offered so much as an apology for missing my appointment, being completely unavailable and not responding to messages for two days, or leaving me without a vehicle for almost 4 whole days. It was an extremely disappointing experience all the way around. More
