I arrived at 650 for 7 am appt. Power washers present cleaning outside of building in rain. All doors locked. 702 am all doors locked no one inside. Went to GMC Buick inquired if th Power washers present cleaning outside of building in rain. All doors locked. 702 am all doors locked no one inside. Went to GMC Buick inquired if they knew why Kia was closed. No. Can you call someone? Yes. 715 power washers and truck still in front of service dept doors. Checked in car @ 720 for 7 am appointment. Noticed stains on my hoodie mentioned it to Rebecca. She said her clothes were stained too. I asked power washers about chemicals. They said bleach. My hoodie, pants, and tennis shoes all stained from bleach. Bryan Hunt intervened and offered customer service. I also reported the incident to dealership management before leaving. I was told I would be compensated for my damages. More

I'm pleased with the service l received. I was told I would have to wait 1&1/2 hours before they would start working on my car and in 20 minutes they were telling me my car was ready. This dealership is a great place to do business. They were honest and sincere in helping me find and purchasing the vehicle I wanted. It did take me months but I am not easy to like just anything. I was notified a truck like I wanted was coming into the dealership and after reviewing the window sticker, I went to the dealership before the truck arrived to make the deal. It happened and I took delivery. Great place, great people, great deals. More
