I come in for service all the time, this last experience was by far the best. I usually deal with Mike, but he no longer works there. Ronald Lamb is my new service advisor, and he did a great job. Normally when I come in I have to wait for my car, but this time I was offered a loaner vehicle to run to some stores. While Ronald was helping me, the other advisor Daniel helped him through the process. They showed a great display of teamwork and effort to treat me right! This is what I call "Top Notch Service" definetly something you would expect from an Acura dealership. More

I come to Hall Acura for all of my service needs. I have an 06 RL and a 98 Lexus that I have serviced there on a regular basis. Daniel Rollins is my team advisor and he is always friendly and polite. The repairs are always done in a timely manner. I have never felt like I was being taken advantage of, like I have at some dealers. The service department at Hall Acura overall is and A+. More

I came in for a regular service; oil change. The service advisor; Mike, was very nice and explained that I needed other services for my MDX. He said that it would take 2-3 hours, and offered me a loaner vehicle. When he gave me the keys to the loaner ... I HAD NO IDEA ThAT HE WAS GIVING ME A 2009 MDX! My MDX is a 2004, so the "experience" of driving a newer version of my vehicle was great. On my return to the dealership, Heyward Williams greeted me in the service dept and took me to the cashier. I was very surprised to find my vehicle was pulled up front and was even cleaned. My service experienc was more than I expected. I didnt want to spend as much as I did, but as explained my my service advisor, the services were needed and along with a 2009 loaner car, it couldnt have been any better ... GREAT job Mike K & Heyward. See you in 4000 miles :) More
I WAS BLOWN AWAY WITH THE THE SERVICE. THE PROFESSIONALISM WAS UNBELIVEABLE. AS SOON AS I ENTERED THE DOORS I WAS GREATED WITH A SMILE AND A GOOD MORNING. THEY WERE ALREADY WAITING FOR ME WITH PROFESSIONALISM WAS UNBELIVEABLE. AS SOON AS I ENTERED THE DOORS I WAS GREATED WITH A SMILE AND A GOOD MORNING. THEY WERE ALREADY WAITING FOR ME WITH MY APPOINTMENT READY AND I DID NOT HAVE TO WAIT. I WAS ALSO NOT EXSPECTING SOMEONE TO DO A COMLPETE WALK AROUND OF MY VEHICLE WITH THEM POINTING OUT LITTLE THING I DIDNT EVEN NOTICE. IT WAS QUITE IMPRESIVE IF I DONT SAY SO MY SELF. I TO WAS GREATED BY THE SERVICE MANAGER AND WAS SHOWN TO THE WAITING ROOM THAT HAD COMPLEMENTRY BAGELS AND COFFEE. THEY HAD ME IN AND OUT IN A FLASH.
