Donna is your "backbone" support for service. I would like to start my review by saying....thank you Donna, very much for all your support and advice. I recently bought a used Mazda3 and with its purchase I decided to get the 3 year warranty. Well, low and behold I needed to use my warranty for a new transmission. With that said, I understand that "things happen" but I had many questions and concerns that went with my problem...so I reached out to Donna for her advice. She not only gave me advice but she also expressed her support and concern to make sure that I was well taken care of.
