Jessica, the assistant service mgr, is always so friendly and helpful. My car was making a horrible noise and it had just been inspected a week prior. I had the car towed into her at 9 am because I feared it and helpful. My car was making a horrible noise and it had just been inspected a week prior. I had the car towed into her at 9 am because I feared it was my brakes so I didn’t want to drive it and she was calling by 1 to say it was fixed, it was part of my warranty cost wise, and it was ready for pick up….on a Monday on one of their busiest mornings.
