I have been dealing with this dealership since purchasing my car in 2018. My experience has been average at best and terrible in dealing with an electrical problem a while back. Most recently when in for s my car in 2018. My experience has been average at best and terrible in dealing with an electrical problem a while back. Most recently when in for standard service under a pre purchased maintenance agreement I was advised after the work was completed that the agreement had expired and I needed to pay for the service. Even though I was given discounts I still ended paying over $100 for what I believed was prepaid. I will not be returning to this dealership other than for a recall matter which had been open for almost a year. More
