If I could only use one word to describe this dealership, it would be "WOW!" Fortunately, I am not limited to one. It was clear that Bob and Morris both wanted me to be happy with my purchase - not just wi it would be "WOW!" Fortunately, I am not limited to one. It was clear that Bob and Morris both wanted me to be happy with my purchase - not just with the car, but with the buying experience as well. And I was. I went home with a beautiful car and a good feeling about Hall Acura of Newport News. A couple of days later I decided that the car I went home with, while nice, was not the car I REALLY wanted. So I took Hall up on its 7 day exchange policy. I have to admit - I was expecting total pushback and a complete run around, and a million excuses why it would cost me a lot extra to trade. And this is where the "WOW" came in. The trade was the easiest transaction I have ever conducted! The car I really wanted was polished and ready, waiting for me to return to claim it. Yes, the paperwork had to be redone, but you can't avoid that when there are vehicle titles and lienholders involved. It went quickly, and all the while both Bob and Morris made me feel that their only concern was that I had the car I really wanted - they wanted ME happy. So, while I went home "Happy" earlier in the week, I can honestly say that in the end - I am MORE THAN HAPPY! Hall put their money where their mouth is - they did the trade they advertise as a benefit to buying there. Go figure: A car dealership that actually does what it advertises! If you need a new car, Hall Acura of Newport News is the place to go. Look up Bob and Morris and tell them "The Crazy Lady with the Hot Black TL" sent you! You won't be disappointed... More

I decided to purchase a Toyota MR2 through Hall after tracking the price online, when I saw it had dropped $2500 one Saturday, I went in to check it out. It was raining when I got there, and Korbie showed up with an umbrella very soon after arrival. After a test drive, we started discussing price, playing the back and forth game with the sales management. Word from the managers claimed the price was a mistake (rather suspect), but we negotiated a price about $600 higher than what the sale price was. There was a problem with the car after delivery that required a toyota dealership's involvement, but hall paid for the repair, and in the end, I have a car I am very happy with. More
