A job well done! I've had my MDX for a little over a year and just realized that the tire jack was missing. Well I had no clue that it was hidden in a nice little comp I've had my MDX for a little over a year and just realized that the tire jack was missing. Well I had no clue that it was hidden in a nice little compartment in the back that I didn't even know was there until it was needed and we had to look for it. I emailed John Rooney-GSM about my issue and I was surprised that he responded so quickly and jumped right into action to resolve my issue. He ordered the tire jack that I was missing and to my surprise it came the next day and he contacted me immediately to let me know. When I went to pickup the tire jack, Mr. Rooney was very pleasant and courteous and had a wonderful salesperson put it in my truck for me. I was so pleased with the help I received and the follow up from Mr Rooney via email that I will always be a loyal customer. This was a great customer service experience. Hats off to you guys for a job well done! Keep up the good work! More

There was no pressure to do it today as in past experiences in other places. I found both the service and sales departments to be top notch. Daryl in service and Devin in sales as well as management knew how their cars function inside and out and took time to explain all features and processes thoroughly. My car buying experience was as good as it could possibly be. I would highly recommend Hall Acura because of its professionals and patience with me as a nervous buyer. More
There is a definite change that has occurred in this store! When my wife and I walked into the store entrance we were greeted with a hand shake and a warm smile.the car we had called about was sitting at the do When my wife and I walked into the store entrance we were greeted with a hand shake and a warm smile.the car we had called about was sitting at the door waiting for our inspection.both the sales manager and salesman went over the vehicle with us and we talked about price and financing.the price was fair,we bought the extended warranty and in less than two hours we took our new baby home! I don't know what happened in the last couple months but I do know it has made a huge difference. Bravo and thank you Travis and devon! More
AWFUL HORRIBLE service department This service department is the absolute worst. I purchased a used Hyundai from the dealership. It needed to have the rearview camera replaced and that This service department is the absolute worst. I purchased a used Hyundai from the dealership. It needed to have the rearview camera replaced and that was written into the deal. Let me give credit to the sales department from the manager to the salesman to Rich in finance-they are AMAZING....however....About a week after purchasing my car, the service department CONTACTED ME and asked me to bring it in. When I arrived the same day at lunch they acted like they had no idea why I was there, they said they needed to send it to their Hyundai service department and that they would contact me and let me know what was wrong and when it would be done, and they provided a rental. All good, so it would appear. I heard nothing from that them that day, or the next day, or Saturday. By Monday afternoon I was wanting to know what was going on so I began calling the service department. I left TWO voicemails and got no call back. Two other times I called and asked not to be sent to voicemail and was left on hold for in excess of twenty minutes both times. On Tuesday I called again and had the same issue, I was either sent to voicemail or left on hold. I left work early so I could physically go to the service department and ask about it. When I got there I was told my car had been sent to the Hyundai dealership "either yesterday or today. The guy wasn't sure, there was no record of it, no status update in the computer, and the driver wasn't sure who he had given it to at the other dealership. I was still being understanding and riding the high from such a great sales experience that I told him to just give me a call and let me know. He assured me he would call me that day and let me know. By 5:50 pm I had not heard anything (see a pattern developing). I called....voicemail...I called...put on hold....So I called and asked for the sales manager. I got him and explained what was going on and that I just wanted to know how long it was going to take and how long I would be in the rental. The sales manager was amazing and assured me he would find out and get back to me within five minutes. Surprisingly he did. He apologized, told me the service department at the other store was closed and ADAMANTLY ASSURED me he would have an answer for me by nine the next morning. THREE times he ASSURED me either he or the service manager would contact me NO LATER THAN 9am. Guess what? 9am came and went. I called the Hyundai store myself, at first they didn't know what was going on, then they let me know they were ordering the part that day and it would be in the next day and my car would be ready. The next morning I get a voicemail from the service department asking me why my car had been towed there with no keys and what needed to be done to it. Calls...voicemail....extensive hold....shuffled...rude Service manager who HUNG UP ON ME. left work and drove to the store I bought it from to talk to the only person that had been competent so far(Travis the sales manager). More confusion, more people not taking calls .... and hour to find out the Hyundai service department had mixed up my car with another and left me a wrong message. I ended up going and getting my car- camera not replaced. Switching my service needs to another Hyundai dealership. Basic point Hall's service departments( ESPECIALLY their service managers) are worthless, lack customer service skills and communication skills. The sales department at their Acura store is AMAZING but probably not worth the hassle of having to have your car serviced there. More

Both of those men changed the deal with out customer consent and did not notify the buyer of the change in terms before traveling from Baltimore twice in one week. Keith did not follow proper federal regulations when pulling the buyers credit did not notify him of the rate he qualified for and left sensitive information on his desk unattended. They sent an email asking for used cars they did not honor the deal because we would not buy from them when the email said the client has no obligation to buy. I'm in shock I expected more from a luxury car dealer. Keith Travis and George are liabilities to the Hall brand. More
Burned Me! I bought a Certified Acura from Hall Acura in Mewport News, VA. Later I went to sell it and found out the car has been cut up and welded back togethe I bought a Certified Acura from Hall Acura in Mewport News, VA. Later I went to sell it and found out the car has been cut up and welded back together . This makes the car ineligible to certify. I contacted Acura in Japan to let them know how I was deceived. Acura has to put this car through different checklists and inspections to certify. Rigorously thorough inspection of the fit and finish need to be viewed as well as having a 182 point inspection. This never happened. My rear quarter panel was cut out and replaced. In replacing this part the quarter panel had to be welded to the rocker panel again ( this disqualifies the car being certified ) and the pinch rail had to be welded again to the frame. ( disqualifying the car for certification ) also, this takes the structural integrity away from the car. I have taken the car to 3 facilities and they told me when they saw the at seats that they wouldn't recommend putting my kids or anyone else in the back seat. If you are hot on that side it will just crumble. Thank god I haven't been in a wreck before now. You here about lawsuits on big car companies that chair them down. I also contacted 14 Acura dealerships through the United States and they have all said, they wouldn't and couldn't certify this car. In doing research, I found out out what it takes to certify a car. The car can't have any aftermarket welding, more then 3 panels sprayed, structural damage and many more. The ones I mentioned are what my car has. The person or persons that labeled this car certified just checked boxes and didn't go through the right process. Very unethical. I have spent countless phone calls and emails with Kris Bradshaw, the GM of Hall Acura and George Ransom Regional GM and they could care less. They just talk and talk to cover up there wrong doing. They burn customers and give no support or customer service. They just want your money and cut the relationship off there. Every time in the past I have dealt with Hall there has always been a problem. In consumer reports website there is a great article stating, how it's a huge epidemic that a lot of certified cars out there aren't really certified. I bought a certified car with a peace of mind, I don't have that peace of mind anymore. Please be careful and stay away from Hall Acura. Don't be a victim. Kris Bradshaw is a talker and very slick like the rest of them. He and Mr. Ransom are alike and need social skills. More

I have been getting the old car serviced at Hall in Newport News for 13 years and wanted to keep that relationship. William Rogers has been assisting me with service and making sure that I understood what was best, what was needed or recommended to keep the RSX running well. Daryl Hoe had been sending emails for the last 3 years or so keeping me up to date about Acura deals. Finally after 289376 miles of mine on that car, I got another Acura. Daryl was courteous and thorough. He was very patient with me as he explained the Tech package and answered my questions about it. He has already been following up to make sure I am enjoying my new car. I highly recommend Hall dealership, Daryl Hoe with sales and William Rogers with the service team. More

So we entered Hall Acura Newport News looking at the 2016 Acura ILX, As a family of three, we were looking to buy a mid-sized car for transportation. So we entered Hall Acura Newport News looking at the 2016 Acura ILX, and that's when Devin Sheldon stepped in. He helped my family and I by walking us through all the available cars at the Newport News dealership, and specifically showing us the 2016 ILX and all of its features in the A-Spec, Premium, and Tech packages. My family and I were adamant on purchasing the Tech Package because of the leather interior, and built-in GPS. Devin assured us that he would find us the right ILX, and he was not wrong. My mother loved a Catalina Blue Pearl colored ILX with the A-SPEC package installed, but we were aiming for one with the Tech package. Devin was helpful in showing us a Crystal Black Pearl colored ILX, but we weren't sold on the color of the exterior or the interior. From there, Devin worked hard to meet our demands of a built-in GPS (Tech Package) 2016 ILX in a rare Catalina Blue Pearl color. My family and I were deeply impressed by both Devin's professionalism and zealousness to meet our needs and desires in the ILX, and when he found an Acura ILX that we were looking for in Virginia Beach. He had the car shipped to us after we put a down payment of $1500, and we are now proud owners of a 2016 Catalina Blue Pearl Acura ILX! We appreciate and love Devin and his team at Hall Acura Newport News and we would highly recommend him and his team to anyone looking to purchase a new car! More
