I have brought 4 vehicles from Hall and sent dozen of ppl to buy their next vehicle from Hall. After the past week of dealing with their service team and management. I will be taking my auto service elsewher to buy their next vehicle from Hall. After the past week of dealing with their service team and management. I will be taking my auto service elsewhere. I came in for a easy fix a headlight and from the first initial call from the service team rep Berna. I could tell this was going to be a bad experience and it was just sad. They didn't check the headlight assembly out first before calling me. I told them I had change the daylight bulb and then Berna tone of voice of trying to belittle me like she didn't believe me with interrogation asking of where did I get the bulb from and when...what...the auto store(Napa). Why would Iie about changing a bulb. I had took the vehicle to another shop before I brought it to them. They told me to go to the dealer bc it was a computer issue and they couldn't fix it. I'm sure if it had been as easy as changing out bulbs they wouldn't fix that and got paid. They took 5hrs to put a bulb in after I drop the car off the night before for a 7:30am appointment. When I went to go get the my vehicle. Berna had the tech come over say "yeah after Berna talk you I checked the daylight bulb it was new. It's a bad bulb you can take it back. He said I replace the headlight bulb. I'm like you didn't replace the daylight bulb and your charging me $280 for one headlight bulb🤔 I said don't I get a discount bc I have a family member that works for Hall. Berna had to call Brett(Service manager) on his cellphone for him to tell me know. When I go Hall Nissan and get a discount all the time for my other vehicle. Anyways lucky I had Hall points so $280 came down to 246.42. I get my keys head to my car. When I get inside I see a brand new headlight bulb on my passenger seat🤨 It had been open but stapled back together. Now I'm pissed bc they just charged me $246 for a headlight bulb they didn't replace and my daylight still doesn't work. I'm like wait until I get my e-survey Mile One going to hear about this. I get a text msg/email of I'm getting a e-survey and if I have any questions please call Brett, so still had I text back your getting a F and I call Brett left a msg on his voice-mail that I was displeased and your getting a Fail survey. I waited a week for the survey never got it. I said their not going to send me one bc they know I'm going to fail. No more pissed off, I call I ask about about my not receiving my e-survey and the gentleman as helping me out when Berna grabs the phone and says your not not getting one. I say why not she says "your not a Acura customer...what...I brought the vehicle from you all." I said let me talk to your the General manager she gives me Brett. Who I know I don't want to talk too. I say I told want to talk to you because you did call me. He says "yeah you were pissed off, so I wasn't going to talk to you no big deal" That when I was flaming now you ignoring customer and I trying to resolve a service, you stole my money!!! I said where is your manager? He say he off today. I said when does he work? He says Monday-Thursday 8-noon, I said only 4hrs? What kinda job does he have, I need that job? Brett with his untouchable, careless, sarcasm tone becouse he on the phone beings to belittle me. I'm going to stand for that. I said I'll be seeing you!!! now just I called Mile One headquarters? Waiting to hear back hopefully they'll see this comment. It be posted on all social media sites. I know General Managers have to work on Saturday. I go this morning to see Joesph(another Brett) from the beginning immediately went on the defensive said never to why my service was unsatisfactory. He goes to say I threatened them if you call me telling your unprofessional employees I'm going to give them and bad e-survey and I'll be seeing them. That's not threat, I was going to give them a bad survey and I'm here at the dealership seeing you about them. I say Brett did having me wanting to come see him and jack him up the way he talk to me, but I'm a professional and black lives matter. He immediately this conversation is over...what...we're not done. I said you keep talking over me. The whole management needs training. He said how would you respond to a pissed off customer. I said while Joe since I'm a government award certificated manager let me tell you management 101 skills. He wasn't happy with that. I saw this situation getting no resolution. I said I won't never buy another vehicle from Hall/Mile One ever again. I won't be referring my family/Friends/Peers to Hall/Mile One auto group. It sad bc my friend work there and I been talking to him for months saying after this chip shortage thing clear up. I was going to come buy 3 brand vehicles from him. He knows I am good for that deal too. That deal is dead for Hall. Priority, Casey, Sheeny, or Koons etc will get that deal now. So I'm telling consumers beware of this dealership. Unless you want to give away money and get temperament management service. More
Devin was excellent sales representative thats why we have bought 3 cars off him goes above and beyond the job.
