All very professional. I was also assured a Supra Tech is there for servicing the vehicle. After about a week or so, we were informed the vehicle had arrived. Walk away, they are cheats! We look for a Chevy Colorado for weeks. Finally found one, husband happy he works hard and needs a good truck. Two weeks later we have to take it back again, at this point hubby is mad and tells them to take truck back. He ends up trading for a Toyota Tacoma, this car was more money, more miles and 2 years older. He didn't take me with him because he knew I would have walked away with no car. I would have never bought another car from this place. Shading as xxxx, truck he got has rust, dirty inside they didn't even clean and not what he wanted. Do not purchase a vehicle from Southern 441 if you are an out of state buyer. I have been trying to reach this dealership since I was interested in their Nissan GT-R. I came to them with financing in hand, r out of state buyer. I have been trying to reach this dealership since I was interested in their Nissan GT-R. I came to them with financing in hand, ready to mail out the information they needed from my bank to proceed, I purchased the insurance coverage, sent proof of identity, and had a down payment in hand as well. The sales manager, Skyler, tells me that they have no way of confirming my funds from my credit union, despite me having instructions on how to do so, and asks me to use their in-house financing. I though, why not, it helps them out and I can always refinance the car later. The finance manager, Frank, runs my credit through quite a few creditors and I'm starting to get agitated at this point because I keep getting credit alert emails and calls, he tells me he has a bite but he's waiting on another bank before presenting my options. Two days go by and I hear nothing. I reach out to the salesman who initially handled my inquiry, he does not respond, I reach out to Skyler, he does not respond, I try to contact Frank and he does not respond. So you run my credit, weren't satisfied with the results and then abandoned me as a potential buyer. I even sent them photo proof of the check and the instructions provided my by institution and still nothing. I definitely do not recommend buying from. This has been an very unprofessional experience. I backed out of a deal for a different GT-R since this one had less miles, now I have to go back to the other dealership with my tail between my legs. Terrible. If 0 stars were possible, I'd give it to them. More
