It would be nice to get a price and financing much faster, without the going back and forth to compromise. We did buy a new car, but trying to sell gap insurance or a warranty, on top of a price that was already top end, was overboard. We were not the easiest ones to finance, we needed to make a good deal, and we knew the facts before coming to the dealership. (We liked the sales, but could have used a little more non-condescending attitude with finance). The five hours spent to finally settle was very nerve racking and if it not for my great Sales Woman, we would have left before the deal was completed. I cannot rave enough about Haisha Patricia. She MADE this sale and was professional and compassionate. More

Positive Experience Our experience started with a phone call from Alvaro Delgado as a courtesy call regarding our lease which is due to terminate in June. He was very courteous and I told him we were not quite ready to return the car but that when we were I would look him up. We went to Southern 441 Toyota since our previous experiences were positive with this location. We did not go to the showroom with the thought of signing a new lease that night but to look and keep our options open. However, I have had previous Rav 4s and have loved each one of them. We looked at the Nissan Rogue that same night before going to Toyota. I wanted to keep my options open, however, I still felt I wanted a Rav 4 again. I like the shape and visibility of the Rav 4. We looked at several Rav 4s and I liked the XLE with the dark gray exterior. It came with a lot of extra features including the navigation which I did not have before. We came into the showroom with a price in mind and walked out with leasing the car at the price we wanted. From the minute we met Alvaro we were impressed with his professionalism, expertise of the vehicle and how courteous he was to his customer. He met our needs and we are very happy driving the car.
