Purchased a used Honda on 11/4/2019. Never received a bill of sale in the wad of papers in their envelope. Price was advertised at $17,777. My best recollection of the proposal, which I signed, should have been around $21,500, based on the proposal I signed, but also never received. LOAN CAME TO 23,000+. Loan papers also not supplied by dealer. I also have not received the title. Despite their statements I have received little concern. I have requested both Andrew and Vincent in writing to supply it. Nothing received because they say I refused to talk to them. They prefer not to respond to me in writing. They appear to understand paper trails. Sales rep Derrick and loan officer Joel were involved also. With the level of their deceit, and the higher ups seeming complicit in the practice, I can not in good conscience recommend anyone go here for anything. Too bad I still have to give anyone a star. I now have serious doubts that their lifetime warranty is of any value. More
