Since I took delivery of the vehicle, I've had nothing but problems with Honda Finance because of the dealership's failure to submit the necessary documents to notify Honda Financial that I returned my 2020 Honda Pilot and leased a new 2025 Honda Pilot on September 14, 2024. I received numerous phone calls and letters concerning the return of the vehicle (already returned) and one letter from Honda stating that my credit was denied due to a FRAUD ALERT on my Transunion Credit record even though I lifted the CREDIT FREEZE for Southhaven Honda to check my credit which was approved with flying colors. I chose to lease from HONDA for the last 4-5 vehicles. I am (was) a loyal Honda customer. I have never deflaulted on a lease or missed a payment during my previous leases - just check by credit record with Honda until now. Honda Financial does NOT know that I leased a new 2025 Honda and that I returned my 2020 Honda Pilot because Southhaven Honda did not turn in the appropriate paper work to Honda Financial in a timely manner. As of October 1, 2024, Honda Financial has NOT received documents and payoff for the 2020 Honda Pilot from Southhaven Honda. More

Great place to purchase a safe luxury and reliable vehicle from. The staff are very warm welcoming and over the top just nice and welcoming take your concerns seriously like it’s their own. Complementary snacks are not your ordinary, other places offer popcorn coffee water and coco 😉.. the wait time not bad at all. An inviting lounge area with live tv or just play on your phone or have a conversation with others. If you want to eat a meal and spread out an area for that or do some work then an area like your in your living room. I’m very pleased with Southaven Honda. Honda had a good price on a used vehicle that I had been looking for. It took 3 months to get the title. After talking to another buyer, this seems to be common at Honda. Brake issues occurred after 2,000 m looking for. It took 3 months to get the title. After talking to another buyer, this seems to be common at Honda. Brake issues occurred after 2,000 miles. Chris Anderson, the general manager, expressed his concerns regarding the brake issues and will be reviewing this oversight with the service department. I appreciate his commitment to resolving this issue with me and his dedication to ensuring that such occurrences do not happen again for others. More
