There is a big inconsistency between the app and the store. I made a reservation over the phone for 2pm, but it showed up as 1.30pm in the app. Okay, no big deal. On the app, only an oil change is $70; in-store, it was $86. Also, when I got to the store, Steve told me that he wouldn’t be able to do one of the recalls, but he ended up doing both. Not that I complain about, but it is inconsistent. He also didn't change air filter bc he ran out of time. When I had called one day before, he had told me he would have enough time for all. More
