All the employees were very nice and polite. I looked at the car I wanted online. When I got there, the price was higher due to dealer add ons. I learned a lesson. Call before you go look. I liv I looked at the car I wanted online. When I got there, the price was higher due to dealer add ons. I learned a lesson. Call before you go look. I live an hour and a half away from the dealership. I was told the car was on the lot. It was but was in the back being processed. I did buy the car but paid more than I had planned due to the add ons. However, I would recommend Southaven Honda. Everyone was extremely nice. It took three hours to get everything done. They should work on processing time. It is very draining to be there three hours and have to drive an hour and a half home. More
