The whole experience was awesome! After going through a bad experience the day before. I went to another dealership 5-26-2023 that morning and was treated horribly and I came home def After going through a bad experience the day before. I was looking at cars on the computer and was wondering had the Southaven Honda opened yet and looked it up and it was. I called to be sure and receptionist said yes we are open so I drove there about 4 or 5 to take a lookey lookey and encountered a males sales associate assisting someone else while I was eye looking. He asked was I being helped and I said not yet. He said be patient we just opened 5-1-2023 he said go inside and asked for someone I told him that his energy talking to me was so good that I said the next person that comes up me better have his same energy. I didn't have to go inside a sales man walked out and asked if some one is helping me yet I said no he said I am helping to other customers be patient I got you. So I walked around and he said I am super busy to to close two deals is it possible I can return Saturday 5-27-2023 I said yes I will be back about 3. Well my parents and I came back and lets just say I left with 2023 Honda CR-V. I believe I was lead to come to the new dealership because of another dealership nastiness they lost a valued customer. I was already in the Honda family to began with and my trade in amount was outstanding....... . More

Very friendly staff and knowledgeable. The wait was too long. (4hrs). However I had seatbelt warranty work done plus several maintenance services. It's hard to be patient for 4 hrs.
