I have the tire protection plan and I had to pay extra because this dealership didn't honor autonation tire protection. I didn't have the opportunity to decline service because the manager called and said because this dealership didn't honor autonation tire protection. I didn't have the opportunity to decline service because the manager called and said I had to pay the balance. I said what balance, I have coverage. I said let me call autonation to find out what's going on. I called autonation coverage and they said they pay the retail price for that area and the auto-nation in Southaven had a different plan and they charged their own price. I tried to contact the manager several times to tell them to take the tire off and I will take it to somewhere where they pay full price but her assistant said she will be gone for the weekend and i couldn't get my car until I paid for it! I asked to speak to the general manager and was told he was on another call. Worst experience ever! I will not be getting anymore service at Southaven Honda! More
