I requested an internet quote which Justin sent to me right away. He followed up with an email introducing himself. We chatted back & forth about my wants and needs. He also told me about Southwest's free oil changes & tire rotation for two years...which help secure my decision to go with Southwest. I made my choice and we had the car financed and out the door within an hour!! Awesome.
