The only confusing issue this time was that we had a battery replaced, and thought the price was going to be $40 less than what appeared on the final charges. This was a bit of a shock. Hopefully the battery is worth it! More

The conventional advice is get two new tires, never one, but Freddy noticed I have less than 2,000 miles on the car, found an exact match tire to my existing tire off site and saved me over $200 on a good repair job. They were honest in saying that while my rim had visual damage it was functional and safe and did not need to be replaced. More savings because, frankly, I wouldn't have known if the wheel was damaged or not and it would have cost $600 -$700 to replace. It is great to have a honest and customer-focused service department at South Tacoma Honda! More

Horrible service. I am spending nearly 3K in repairs for a 'phantom' problem on a 2 year old vehicle. Of course, not under warranty. HORRIBLE service. They aren't even gracious or friendly.
